Exchanges and Returns

 

We offer a fair and transparent return policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days after receiving your order.

How it works:


  1. Send us an email including your order number, reason for return, and (if possible) product photos.
  2. Our team will review your request and reply with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Once authorized, you’ll need to ship the item back to the address provided.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.



Refund processing times:


  • Credit card: up to 7 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
  • PayPal: within 3 business days after confirmation of the return.



Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
